This document has been created in order to define policies meant to protect the identity of the alumni and personal information data from any kind of misuse. All members who register with this website agree to these conditions.

Personal Information

The portal does not collect any personal information about you unless you provide that information voluntarily by sending an e-mail, completing an online form, or completing the online application wherever applicable.

Registration Data

The portal's profile form requires you to give us contact information (such as name and e-mail address), unique identifiers (unique name and password) and demographic information (such as pin/zip code or age).

You are free to mark much of the profile information as private by changing appropriate settings. The site is governed by strict access control mechanisms which restrict the viewing of any personal information of registered users. Only super users are allowed to access the database containing information about users. The access of information is only available to nominated administrators who will generally access the database for maintenance, clean up and for audit purposes.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any person or organization outside this forum with any other forum/organization without your explicit permission, excepting in a form which is not personally identifiable. However, We may collect or disclose personal information without consent if the collection or disclosure is:

Contact Information and Mailers

Admin may use your contact information from the profile form to send information about the website or the activities etc and other information. We believe that this is a necessary to be part of the activities of alumni. However, one can opt out of telephonic communication by changing appropriate profile settings.

I hereby authorize and give consent to IFAS Edutech Pvt. Ltd. to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information / alerts / SMS / other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages / calls, I will not hold ASBL its third party service provider liable / institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time. It will be auto renewed every month and if you want to stop this service please write an email to before the due date and call our support number 09172266888 also once the amount is debited from account it will not be refunded.


Members can receive notifications every time there is an update in the groups in which they are members and/or a friend of his posts any material on the site. Member can chose to opt out of these notifications by choosing appropriate settings.

Complaint follow-up

This site provides a facility to members to notify the moderators in case they find any content posted by another user or the conduct of a user, as objectionable. This can be done through options such as "report abuse" or by allowing them to directly write to the site administrators. To address such concerns, the administrators may have to collect information pertaining to such specific complaints and in case of repeated complaints, maintain a record of such transgressions for further action as per administration policy. Such information will be collected and used only to address such specific complaints and the information collected will not be shared with the user who complained.
