MP SET Geography Eligibility Criteria

MP SET Educational Qualification

• Eligibility for the MP SET Geography exam requires candidates to hold a postgraduate degree in Geography or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks from a university recognized by the UGC.
  
  
• SC/ST/OBC candidates must attain a minimum of 50% marks in their postgraduate degree to qualify for the exam.
  
  
• Provisional applications are accepted for candidates awaiting their postgraduate results or currently enrolled, provided they achieve a minimum of 55% marks in their master’s degree.
  
  
• Candidates holding a PhD acquired before September 19, 1991, are eligible for the MP SET Geography exam.

MP SET Age Limit

There are no specified age restrictions for candidates taking the MP SET Geography examination.

MP SET Nationality

Applicants must have a permanent address in Madhya Pradesh, either through residency in the state for a minimum of ten years or by being born there.
