Fee	The BARC OCES non-refundable application fee is Rs 500 for the General and OBC category. Woman candidates, candidates belonging to SC/ST, Dependents of Defence Personnel Killed in Action (DODPKIA) and Physically Challenged candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee
Note	Candidates awaiting final results, may also apply. If selected, candidates who are eligible in all other respects but are awaiting final results will be allowed to commence course work. However, retention of these candidates in the OCES or DGFS programs is subject to the mark-sheet of their final result, which meets the eligibility requirements of the OCES/ DGFS-2021 program, being submitted by Dec 30, 2021 in case of OCES TSOs and as per the requirement of the concerned DGFS Institutes in the case of DGFS Fellows.

A step-by-step process has been given below to aid you in apply BARC 2021 Exam:

STEPS	DETAILS
Step 1	First of all, the candidates have to go to the official website of BARC 2021 Exam.
Step 2	Next, candidates need to click on "Apply Online" link and fill the appropriate information like Name, Mother's name, date of birth email ID etc.
Step 3	After the successful registration, candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number or they will receive an activation link on registered email ID. They can use any of the two to activate their account.
Step 4	Post activation, the candidate can start to fill the application form. He/she also has to upload images of passport-sized photograph and signature. Size of the images should not exceed 50 KB for photograph file and 20 KB for the signature file.
Step 5	Next, a candidate will have to pay the application fee for the BARC exam which is INR 500/- (excluding taxes). Exam fees can only be paid through online mode. Candidates can use Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking to pay the fee
Step 6	At last, the candidate will be issued with a unique registration number. This number will be considered for all kinds of future correspondence.
